Argus Partners Advises Negen Capital on its pre-Series A investment in HooLiv
Argus Partners is pleased to announce that it has advised Negen Capital on its pre-Series A investment in Staycay Abode Solutions Private Limited (“HooLiv”), a student co-living platform. HooLiv has raised INR 24 crores as a part of its pre-series A funding round.
The funding round was led by Negen Capital with participation from other institutional investors, angel investors and family offices.
The funding will enable HooLiv to accelerate its expansion across non-metro and emerging urban centres, capitalising on the rising demand for organised co-living and student housing solutions. HooLiv plans to deploy the proceeds to expand bed capacity through strategic acquisitions and partnerships with property owners and developers, while also enhancing its in-house property management and technology platform to drive greater operational efficiency, tenant satisfaction, and asset utilisation.
The team at Argus Partners advising Negen Capital consisted of Tushar Thimmiah (Partner) and Neena Varghese, Srishti Sneha (Associates).
