INSOL India Financiers' Colloquium 2026
We are pleased to share that our Partner, Aastha, recently moderated a panel discussion at the INSOL India Financiers' Colloquium 2026 on the theme "Turnaround Credit and IBC 2.0 – Emerging Trends in Resolution: Shifting Focus from Recoveries to Turnaround."
The panel reflected on the significant progress made since the introduction of the IBC, including improved asset quality in the banking sector, stronger institutional mechanisms and a more mature stressed asset ecosystem. The panel also examined the IBC 2.0 reforms, including their potential impact on creditor behaviour, stressed asset resolution and the continued evolution of India's insolvency ecosystem in line with global best practices.
