Aayush is a Partner in the Corporate and M&A, Private Equity & Venture Capital practice of the Firm. He has significant experience in having advised private equity firms, strategic investors, multinational corporations, as well as founders on domestic and cross-border transactions across a broad range of sectors including infrastructure, healthcare, pharmaceutical, hospitals, manufacturing and e-commerce. Aayush also has experience in strategizing, managing and settlement of disputes arising from M&A transactions, and corporate advisory on business-as-usual matters.

Aayush holds a B.B.A. LL.B degree from Symbiosis Law School, Pune.
