Aayush is a Partner in the Firm’s Corporate, M&A and Private Equity, and Projects & Energy practices. He has significant experience advising strategic investors, multinational corporations, private equity funds, and founders on a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions. His sector experience spans healthcare and hospitals, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, manufacturing, and e-commerce.
Aayush also supports clients on deal strategy and the management and settlement of disputes arising from M&A transactions, as well as on ongoing corporate and commercial advisory matters.
He previously served as Assistant General Counsel at a Fortune India 500 company, where he led legal support for the projects/asset development vertical, managed critical stakeholder relationships, and oversaw high-stakes litigation.
Aayush holds a B.B.A. LL.B degree from Symbiosis Law School, Pune.
