Argus Partners advises Infra.Market on their $121 million pre-IPO fundraise
We are pleased to share that Argus Partners has advised Infra.Market (a construction materials solutions firm) on raising $121 million in fresh funding at a valuation of about Rs 24,147 crore (nearly $2.8 billion) in pre-IPO funding.
Founded in 2016 by Aaditya Sharda and Souvik Sengupta, Infra.Market manufactures construction materials under its private-label brands. It has a B2B, retail, and B2C network and leverages technology to digitise the procurement process.
The pre-IPO funding round saw participation from existing investors Tiger Global, Foundamental GmbH, Evolvence, among others. Nikhil Kamath, Ashish Kacholia, Abhijit Pai, Sumeet Kanwar, Nuvama, and Capri Global were also part of the round.
