Advised Accel Leaders Fund on its Series J investment in online food delivery platform, Swiggy along with other investors (US$ 1.25 billion), which was one of the largest funding in the food delivery business.
Advised Accel India and Avataar Growth on investment in a software-as-a-service company, Amagi. The company raised over US$ 100 million through investment from Accel, Avataar Ventures, Norwest Venture Partners, and existing investor Premji Invest as part of the investment. The venture funds bought the stake held by KKR’s Emerald Media and Mayfield Fund.
Advised CureFit Private Limited (Curefit), offering fitness and well-being products and services, on several rounds of investments into the Company from various investors including US$ 100 million fund raise led by Temasek Holdings, US$ 75 million fund raise from Tata Digital and US$ 150 million fund raise led by Zomato, which turned the Company into a unicorn.
Advised Delightful Gourmet Private Limited (Licious), India’s first direct to consumer unicorn which sells meat and seafood products, on several rounds of investments into the company from various investors including a round of US$ 192 million led by Temasek Holdings and Multiples, and a round of US$ 52 million led by IIFL which made the Company the first D2C unicorn of India.

Advised Mahindra Partners on investment of around ₹ 206.5 crore in specialty eye care chain New Delhi Centre for Sight. The transaction also included providing Matrix Partners complete exit from its investment in the company by way of secondary purchase by Mahindra Partners.
Advised ValueDrive Technologies (Spinny.com), an online marketplace for used vehicles on several fund raises from various investors in multiple rounds of investments into the company including US$ 65 million fund raise by the Company followed by US$ 100 million fund raise, and a round of US$ 283 million round led by ADQ and Tiger Global which made the company a unicorn.
Advised Cultfit Healthcare Private Limited (Cultfit), offering fitness and well-being products and services, on acquisition of 100 percent stake in Fitness First India Private Limited from its shareholder Fitness First Luxembourg, in exchange of shares in Cultfit Healthcare Private Limited.
