Argus Partners Advises Spinny on its Acquisition of GoMechanic
Argus Partners is pleased to announce that it has advised Valuedrive Technologies Private Limited (Spinny) on its acquisition of a 100% stake in Service Easy Technology Private Limited (GoMechanic) from its founders, and the investor groups of Stride Ventures Debt Fund II, Lifelong India Private Limited, and Hero Enterprise Partner Ventures.
Spinny is a leading full-stack used car platform which has been ranked #1 in India's Fastest-Growing Companies 2026 by TIME and Statista. GoMechanic provides aggregation of automobile repair and maintenance services through third-party garage service providers, and sourcing and distribution of automobile spare parts and accessories on a B2B basis. This acquisition enables Spinny to enter the after-sales maintenance space and expand its consumer services portfolio.
The deal team at Argus Partners consisted of Anindya Ghosh (Partner), Jaidrath Zaveri (Principal Associate), Aradhana Pandit (Associate) and Nivrithi Kumar (Associate), and Shubham Tiwary (Associate) also assisted the team for the due diligence exercise.
