Argus Partners Advises Seeds Fincap on Pre-Series B Fundraise
We are pleased to share that Argus Partners advised Seeds Fincap, a non-banking financial company (NBFC) focused on promoting financial inclusion and supporting the growth of MSMEs across India, on its Series A as well as pre-Series B fundraise. The pre-Series B fundraise was led by existing investors Z47 and Lok Capital. The round also saw participation from new investors, Norinchukin Capital and Alteria Capital.
The fresh capital will be used to expand Seeds Fincap’s branch network across Indian states, including Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and Bihar, strengthen its technology and risk infrastructure, and accelerate growth in preparation for its planned Series B fundraise.
The team at Argus Partners advising Seeds Fincap was led by Adity Chaudhury (Partner).
