Argus Partners has advised Baba Fine Chemical (BFC) and its founders in negotiating and finalizing the purchase agreement in relation to the acquisition of 55% stake in BFC by Ami Organics.
BFC is engaged in the business of manufacturing specialty chemicals used in semi-conductor and electronics industry. Ami Organics is a public listed company and a leading global manufacturer of advance pharmaceutical intermediates and specialty chemicals. This transaction provides Ami Organics an entry into the complex semi-conductor industry while leveraging on the expertise and brand value of BFC.
