Tejas is a part of the Disputes team in Mumbai. He joined the Firm in 2021.
His experience broadly consists of Civil-Commercial litigation, Domestic Arbitration, and Insolvency & Bankruptcy proceedings. He has been essentially practicing before Hon’ble Bombay High Court and National Company Law Tribunal. As a part of the team, he also has experience of appearing before arbitral tribunals, Real Estate Regulatory Authority/Appellate Authority, and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
Tejas graduated from the University of Pune in 2015 and is enrolled with Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
