Her transactional practice encompasses advising on acquisitions, investments, joint ventures and business restructurings, including supporting finalization of investment agreements, share purchase and subscription agreements, shareholders’ agreements, joint venture agreements and business transfer agreements. She has also advised on compliance reviews and day-to-day corporate matters. Her experience spans a diverse range of sectors, including manufacturing, e-commerce, information technology, services, fintech, renewable energy and pharmaceuticals.

Swathi has particular expertise in Indian corporate and foreign investment laws. Her international experience extends to transactions involving clients from Japan, Singapore, France, South Korea, the United States and the United Kingdom. In addition to her broader transactional practice, she is increasingly engaged in matters relating to sustainability and renewable energy, with a particular interest in environmentally conscious business strategies and the evolving regulatory landscape in these areas.
