Pulkit is a part of the Disputes practice in Delhi. He joined the Firm in 2022.
His main areas of interest lie in Dispute Resolution, Company law, Real Estate law, Consumer law, Restructuring and Insolvency. He has drafted Statements of Claim, Statements of Defence, Affidavits by way of Evidence, Writ Petitions, Plaints, Written Statements, Miscellaneous Applications, Consumer Complaints, Replies thereto, Applications under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 etc.
As a part of the team, he regularly appears before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Consumer Fora and District Courts, etc.
Pulkit completed his graduation from the Amity Law School, Noida in 2017. He is enrolled with the Delhi Bar Council.
