With a decade of experience in commercial disputes practice, Priyanka specializes in succession and testamentary matters, arbitrations, mediations, insolvency, real estate and commercial laws. Priyanka’s experience spans representation in the High Court, City Civil, DRT, NCLT/NCLAT and other judicial authorities, for clients across various industries, including banks, construction companies, pharmaceuticals, offshore investment funds amongst others.
Priyanka graduated from KC College of Law in 2014 and joined the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa in the same year. She joined the Firm as an Associate in March 2018.
Successfully represented an offshore investment fund in its insolvency proceedings against various debtors involved in construction business in NCLT/NCLAT as well as the Supreme Court.
Succeeded in representing ICICI Bank in their arbitration against a business correspondent on GST issues.
Advised and represented Damati Plastics in its dispute against a Chinese based manufacture before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court.
Representing a pharmaceutical company before the Delhi High Court against a notification issued by the Drugs Controller General of India with respect to a fixed drug combination issue.
Representing Thermax Limited in their disputes against government entities.
Represented Ashoka Concessions Limited in an arbitration against L&T infrastructure in Chennai for disputes with respect to a highway infrastructure project.
Advising various individual clients on Wills, testamentary and succession issues.
