Poorva is a part of the Disputes practice in Delhi. She joined the Firm in 2022.
She has been working in the areas of Dispute Resolution, Company Law, Real Estate Law, Consumer Law and Intellectual Property Rights. She has drafted Writ Petitions, Plaints, Written Statements, Miscellaneous Applications, Statements of Claim, Statements of Defence, Affidavits of Evidence, Consumer Complaints and Replies thereto, amongst others.
As a part of the team, she regularly appears before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, Hon'ble High Court of Delhi, District Courts, Consumer Fora and other Judicial and Quasi-Judicial Authorities.
Poorva has completed her BBA L.L.B. (Hons.) from Symbiosis Law School, Pune and has also completed diploma courses in Intellectual Property Rights, Business Law and Cyber Law from the Asian School of Cyber Law, Pune. She is enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.
