Mohit is part of the Dispute Resolution practice in Kolkata. He joined the Firm in December 2023.
His core areas of focus are in commercial and civil disputes, with a focus on domestic and international arbitration. He regularly appears before various arbitral tribunals, the Calcutta High Court, National Company Law Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunal and other courts/tribunals across India.
He is a graduate of the Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab.
