Ajay is a part of the Indirect Tax practice in Kolkata. He is a chartered accountant and joined the Firm in 2015.
He advises a number of corporates on the recently notified Goods and Services Tax laws and provides litigation support services on customs, excise, service tax, VAT/CST and entry tax matter on a regular basis. His areas of expertise include transaction structuring, contract reviews, tax diagnostics reviews and tax related financial modeling. He has also worked extensively on the infrastructure, manufacturing, heavy engineering, IT enabled services, hospitality, shipping and mining sectors.
