Kiran is a part of the Disputes practice in Kolkata. She joined the Firm in February 2020.
Her core areas of focus are Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, corporate restructuring and litigation services and has an experience of more than three years in the corporate field. As a part of the team, she regularly appears before the NCLT, NCLAT and various other forums.
Kiran is a commerce graduate from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata and completed her LL.B from Vidyasagar University, Kolkata. She is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
