Anish is part of the Firm’s Corporate practice in Mumbai and joined the Firm in 2026.
His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions investments, private equity and venture capital transactions.
He advises clients on a range of general corporate matters, undertakes legal due diligence, and assists in the drafting and negotiation of transaction documentation.
Anish graduated from Symbiosis Law School, Noida in 2019.
