Argus Partners is pleased to announce that it advised Inetum (a leading European digital services company) on its strategic initiative with AIONOS India Private Limited (“AIONOS”), the AI venture backed by InterGlobe Enterprises and Assago Group.
The transaction marks a significant step since this represents a strategic collaboration between Inetum and AIONOS to strengthen Inetum’s delivery capabilities, particularly in the EUROMED region (France, Belgium), growing markets (Bulgaria, Poland and UKI) and to support Inetum’s international growth trajectory.
