Krishnava Dutt shares his views with NDTV Profit
We are pleased to share that Krishnava Dutt, recently joined NDTV Profit’s ‘The Big Question’, in conversation with Vikram Oza, to discuss Maharashtra’s proposed DELTA Act and the use of blockchain technology for the tokenisation of land and real estate assets.
Krishnava outlined key considerations relating to the digitisation of land records, tokenisation of property interests, alignment with official land registries, and the legal enforceability of rights represented through digital tokens. He also emphasised the need for the framework to clearly establish how such rights are created, transferred and verified, whether they can be recognised and relied upon by financial institutions, and how the progression from digitisation and tokenisation to the potential securitisation of property interests can be supported by a credible legal and market infrastructure.
