CII Governance Series with Kris Gopalakrishnan and Kunal Bahl
We are pleased to share that our Managing Partner, Krishnava Dutt, recently contributed his insights at the CII Governance Series Breakfast Session in Delhi on the theme "Artificial Intelligence, Governance, and the Board."
Krishnava highlighted the prescriptive nature of AI laws and underscored the importance of ensuring that AI remains a key agenda item for boards for achieving higher governance standards as well as to serve as a critical first line of defense against fiduciary and personal liability risks for board members.
