Valli is part of the Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions and Venture Capital practice of the Firm and is based in Bengaluru.

She has over 9 years of experience and specializes in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions involving intricate structures and multiple stakeholders. She advises on deals across a range of industry sectors, such as fintech, AI, SaaS, e-commerce, FMCG, real estate, energy and infrastructure, manufacturing, defence, agritech, healthcare and pharma, etc. and across jurisdictions such as India, USA, UK, Europe, and Singapore. She has been involved in structuring various domestic and cross-border transactions and advises clients on various complex mergers and acquisitions, growth capital and early-stage investments, general corporate advisory, transactional matters, and shareholder disputes.

Valli was previously Counsel at Trilegal and has completed her BA.LLB (Hons) from National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata.

  • Advised Clairvoyant, and its selling shareholders on its acquisition by EXL.
  • Advised Numberz, on sale of its substantial assets to ChargeBee Technologies.
  • Advised BrightChamps, an edtech company, on its acquisition of Metamorphisis Edu.
  • Advised CodeJudge and its promoters on its acquisition by Skuad Inc.
  • Advised Kapiva Ayurveda on its Series C fundraise of INR 200 crores led by OrbiMed and its existing investors.
  • Advised Spendflo and its promoters on their USD 11 Million Series A fundraise.
  • Advised Jungle Ventures on its various investments in India, including in Showroom B2B.
  • Advised Arkam Ventures on its investments in Jar, a financial savings app.
  • Advised Bharat Innovation Fund on its various investments, including in A5G Networks, which offers an autonomous network infrastructure solutions for 4G and 5G networks, Terrabyte Technologies, and FireCompass.
  • Advised Chiratae Ventures on its various investments in India, including in Local AI and Good Meetings.
