Our Partners, Udit Mendiratta and Jitendra Soni led a panel discussion on the 'Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023' at the ALB New Delhi In-house Legal Summit.
Some of the core issues that the panel deliberated upon included the impact of DPDPA on various industries, the organisational measures that industries will need to employ to be compliant with DPDPA, the obligations of ‘significant data fiduciaries’ and cross-border transfer of data.
