Yuvraj is part of the disputes practice in Mumbai. He joined the firm in June 2022 and his practice focuses on corporate and commercial disputes.
While representing clients from across pharmaceutical, media, infrastructure, hospitality, real estate, oil and gas, fintech, and other industries, Yuvraj regularly appears before Bombay and other High Courts, arbitral tribunals, in both ad hoc and institutional arbitrations, as well as tribunals across the country. He was appointed ‘amicus curiae’ by the Bombay High Court.
Yuvraj also advises several High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) on succession and estate planning that includes formation of trusts, preparation of wills and letters of wishes, for assets and holdings across various jurisdictions including, United Kingdom, Dubai, Mauritius, Panama, etc. He has also been involved in complex multi-jurisdictional litigation for private trusts in Jersey (UK) and Guernsey (UK), Mauritius, Panama, Cayman Islands, Switzerland and India.
An alumnus from Government Law College, Mumbai, Yuvraj joined the bar in 2013.
