Vikram is a part of the General Corporate and M&A practice in Kolkata. He joined the Firm in 2021.
His core areas of interest include contract law, commercial law and corporate law. As a part of the team, Vikram works on matters relating to general corporate issues, corporate insolvency and restructuring, private equity and M&A transactions.
Vikram is a graduate of the Department of Law, Calcutta University. He is admitted to practice at the Bar Council of West Bengal.
