Ashwin is a part of the Finance and Corporate Restructuring & Insolvency practice in Mumbai. He joined the Firm in 2024.
His primary areas of work encompass advising clients on financing transactions, including structured finance and infrastructure finance. His main areas of interest include insolvency and bankruptcy laws, and he is regularly involved in advising on corporate restructuring matters.
He completed his B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree from the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata.
