Aashdin is a part of the Dispute Resolution practice in Mumbai.
 
He has more than 8 years of experience in advising clients in corporate commercial, insolvency and bankruptcy, mining, negotiable instruments, municipal law, banking laws and regulations and other related civil and criminal cases.
 
He has regularly advised and represented clients before various High Courts, National Company Law Tribunals in the country, and also arbitral tribunals, City Civil & Sessions Courts, Debts Recovery Tribunals, Magistrate Courts and Small Causes Courts in Mumbai. He also appears in various matters before the Supreme Court of India and has advised clients on execution of decrees including enforcement and execution of foreign arbitration awards in India.
 
He is a law graduate from Mumbai University through K.C. College of Law and also holds a bachelor's degree in psychology. He is enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.
