Pratish Panjabi is part of the Firm’s Banking & Finance practice. He has worked on numerous transactions relating to project finance, debt restructuring, banking & finance, real estate, infrastructure and energy and corporate and commercial laws. He has advised banks, financial institutions and corporates on domestic loan transactions and external commercial borrowings, debt syndication, real estate financing, debentures, drafted financing and security documents, advised on foreign exchange regulations and creation of security and related issues including stamping and registration of security documents.
Prior to joining Argus Partners, Pratish worked with P&P Legal from 2011 to 2016 where he was working on similar transactions. Before joining P&P Legal, he was working with Deutsche Bank in their legal team specializing in derivatives contracts.
Pratish has done his Master of Law (LL.M.) from University College, London and is also qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
