Nidhi’s primary practice areas are real estate and general corporate. She has extensive experience in providing compliance based advisory services to clients in the real estate sector. Nidhi has also been involved in a large number of corporate transactions in the fields of real estate financing, turnkey projects, joint ventures and logistics.
Nidhi graduated from Symbiosis Law School, Pune, and then went on to complete her L.L.M. (Master of Law) in International Finance Law from King’s College London. Nidhi started her legal career in the year 2009 with Gagrats, Mumbai, where she worked in the aviation and power practice areas. Thereafter, Nidhi was a part of the capital markets team at Rajani Associates, Mumbai, before joining the Firm in Kolkata in May, 2013.
